ReviseUPSC offers intangible, irrevocable digital goods and services. As such, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product/service is sent or access is granted.
As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
2. Why No Refunds?
Since our service provides immediate access to premium features, server resources, and proprietary methodologies, we cannot retract the service once it has been delivered. We encourage you to first sign up for our Free Plan to evaluate the service before upgrading to a paid subscription.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider refunds in the following exceptional cases, at our sole discretion:
- Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or our own mail server, you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance.
- Major defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be reported to our technical support team for resolution.
